UGH...Old Biking Bastard Spits on HP01

What a traumatic morning for HP01! After a sunrise visit to the Y for a 30 minute weight-training session, HP01 took off on her bike (hot pants and all) for a 40 minute ride on the trail. After mile 5 and near the airport, some geezer MoFo riding in the opposite direction decides to take a swig of his water and spit it directly on HP01…a real low-blow! HP01 was in shock from the complete breach of proper bike etiquette. HP01 is considering writing Ms. Manners for her advise on how best to give the spitting geezer the old “F-YOU!” Perhaps HP01 should have pulled a Dick Cheney and told the geezer to go fuck himself! After this traumatic experience, HP01 encountered yet another old fart who decided to “WOO WOO” her as she rode by. What’s worse than spit and a WooWoo from not one, but two geezers? Let’s hope the day improves for HP01!

Yesterday’s update…HP01 biked for 30 minutes, after 30 minutes of upper body weight-training.
